Within 60 days from the date of order delivery, if you are not satisfied with the purchased products, or the products have quality problems, inconsistent description and other non-personal reasons, you can apply for a free return. The returned products must be kept intact, with complete original packaging, tags and accessories, and no man-made damage, so as to pass the warehouse inspection.

calpaktravelus.com supports free returns for all eligible orders. Customers who meet the return conditions do not need to bear any return freight. After the return application is approved by the platform, we will provide a dedicated return channel and guidance, helping customers complete the return operation efficiently, reducing the time and cost of user after-sales processing.

Refund Processing Cycle

After we receive the returned goods and complete the inspection and verification of product integrity and order information, the formal refund procedure will be initiated. The whole refund process will be completed within 5 to 10 working days. The refund will be returned through the original payment channel used by the customer. The specific arrival time is subject to the processing rules of the payment platform, and we will track the refund progress throughout the whole process to ensure the funds arrive safely.

Special Situation Explanation

For products that have been artificially damaged, used beyond trial scope, lost original packaging and accessories, or exceed the 60-day return period, the platform has the right to reject the return and refund application. If the order is a special preferential activity product, the refund rules will still follow the unified 60-day free return policy of the platform, with no additional restrictions.
